In the first open seminar at Lynn's dojo (Killeen, TX), Hanshi Annesi was asked todemonstrate Aiki throws and also to delve into the throwing applicaitons that appear in kata. Hanshi Annesi combined the topics to create this seminar. First, an aiki version of a throw is practiced and then students try to find it within the movements of standard karate kata.
