Flying Throws (Tobi Nage) sometimes called air or breath throws (Kokyu Nage). These include Yoko Tobi Nage, Mae Uki Otoshi, Shuto Tobi Nage, Te Hana Nage and others. These are the easiest throws to learn, but the hardest to actually execute against a real attack. Flying Throws are manifestations of extreme off-balancing. they are considered upper kyu level because they illustrate a burgeoning mastery of that skill.
