1. Karate Middle Outside Forearm Block-
Long stance Hanmi, with Oshi, then with Hiki
Short stance Makko, with Hiki, then with Oshi
Aiki & Seiken Palmheel
Seiken H3 Outside Forearm Block, rotating body in short backstance

2. Aiki Yokomen passes-
yokomen uchi- cross forearm, down pass
yokomen uchi- cross arm forearm, elbow up pass
mune tori- outside forearm with downward wrist hook, coiled wrist
chudan tsuki- outside forearm with downward wrist hook, coiled wrist

Right to right Inside

4. Yondan Seiken-
Teach Palmheel & Backhand
